Ever since the business was created by principal broker/President Sebastian Holmes as a sole proprietorship in 1996, HOLMCO Property Solutions, LLC was formed to broaden our services and opportunities within the greater metro Atlanta real estate industry. The owner has always operated under belief that the CLIENT is our greatest asset. In today's fast paced society, true customer services appears to have taken a "back seat" to making a fast buck for most companies. Here at HOLMCO, the exact opposite is true; as we believe that if you treat clients (buyers, sellers and renters) with respect and dignity while providing needed and valuable services at the same time, revenues will naturally follow.

Sebastian is a real estate professional with extensive experience in residential and corporate real estate brokerage and negotiations, and providing residential relocations services for several Fortune 500 companies such as BellSouth, Coca-Cola and Prudential. Sebastian entered the wonderful world of real estate in 1987 and never looked back. With his proven abilities in commercial real estate lease negotiations, real estate sales, property management, real estate appraisal, corporate relcoation, customer service and supervisory positions, Sebastian thrives on the challenges that come with undertaking calculated risks. He is performance driven and possesses strong alliance relationships and strategic planning skills.
